 Chinese Medicine Bristol is run by Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine practitioner Sandra Arbelaez who offers tailored-made holistic care based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. 

She aims not only to provide treatment for your existing symptoms, but to show you ways to prevent their recurrence and promote balance in your mind and body.  Illness and crisis can be very difficult and confusing for us all, but they can also be turned into opportunities for healing, growth, and self-discovery. 

Sandra strives to promote better health and provide support and guidance in discovering the potential hidden within chronic illnesses and life crises which can ultimately inspire us and teach us how to live a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life.   

A message from Sandra:

I have stopped offering face to face treatments in Bristol to become an online practice offering health support and Chinese herbal medicine treatments to people living anywhere in the UK, US, and the whole of Europe.

From Spring/Summer 2024, I am making acupuncture treatments available in the Costa del Sol area of Southern Spain.

I have been part of the vibrant alternative health community in Bristol for 20 years and I will continue to support all those I am already working with and anyone else who feels they can benefit from my decades of study and practice of Chinese Medicine. 

Deep gratitude to all those who have offered me their trust over the years, I hope we can continue to grow together in knowledge and in health

Different Acupuncture systems can be used to address a variety of physical, emotional and mental symptoms ranging from chronic pain to depression and anxiety.  Each system uses specific points located in the body, scalp, or ear.  Moxibustion is often added to increase the efficacy of treatments.
